At Eighty Eight Outfitters, we stand behind the quality of our products and the heart behind our brand. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items, limited edition drops, and custom products are not eligible for return or exchange. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.

To start a return, email us at contact@eightyeightoutfitters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days. Once we receive your return, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. If your return is approved due to a quality issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos and your order number. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
